These terms govern your use of rentez.eu and the paid members-only trading journal. By purchasing a membership you accept them.

Rentez publishes daily trading hypotheses and a documented methodology for reading market data — VWAP tiers, market-profile composites, supply and demand zones, and order flow. Members receive the journal entries and the full reading framework.
This is educational content, not investment advice. Nothing published is a personal recommendation, a signal to be copied, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument. No specific outcome is promised and no result is guaranteed. Trading futures, FX and commodities carries substantial risk of loss, including loss exceeding your deposit. Membership is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before purchase and include any applicable tax. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
You may cancel at any time. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. On cancellation, access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken.
Because access to the full content is granted immediately on purchase, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to the service starting at once and to acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the equivalent EU rules.
There is therefore no automatic refund. The reasoning is stated openly rather than hidden: the complete structure of what a member receives is published before purchase — ten full, unshortened journal entries with the whole H1–H4 setup table, the VWAP tier read and the zones — so nothing is bought blind.
Recommended approach: start on the monthly membership and test the methodology at low cost. Move to annual only once you know the format suits you.
Where something genuinely goes wrong — a technical fault preventing access, a duplicate charge, or a purchase made in obvious error — write to contact@rentez.eu and it will be resolved individually and fairly. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. You are also welcome to e-mail any specific question about the service before purchasing, and it will be answered transparently.
Membership is personal to you. Login is by single-use e-mail link, and a maximum of two concurrent devices per membership is enforced. Sharing your access with others, or redistributing, republishing or reselling any journal entry or methodology material, is not permitted and may result in termination without refund.
Membership includes access to a shared space of people working through the same process. That only works if it stays safe to be there.
The following results in immediate termination without refund, at the sole discretion of Wellington Trade Ltd:
This is not moderated by committee and there is no appeals process for conduct removals — the room is kept small and workable by design, not by consensus. Genuine disagreement about markets or methodology is welcome and encouraged; hostility toward the people in the room is not.
Entries are published on trading days around the market open. Publication may be interrupted by holidays, illness, technical faults or exceptional market conditions. The service is provided on an as-available basis; no guarantee is made of a specific number of entries in any period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellington Trade Ltd is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the published content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
All journal entries, methodology material and site content remain the property of Wellington Trade Ltd. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own trading education, and nothing more.
These terms may be updated. Material changes are notified to active members by e-mail before taking effect, and the date at the top of this page is updated.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
