START HERE
You do not need to read all of these.
The journal is a working record, not a course. Reading every entry is the least useful thing you can do with it. This is the sequence that works, and it is deliberately slow at the start.
FIRST
Read the methodology once
Fifteen minutes in How to read a hypothesis saves you a month of guessing what the tiers mean. Do this before opening a single entry.
WEEK ONE
Follow, don't trade
Open the morning entry next to your own chart and watch the session without acting on it. The only question this week is whether the three tiers describe how the day actually unfolded.
WEEKS 2–4
One instrument, your own read first
Pick one instrument. Write your own tier read each morning before opening the published one, then compare. The gap between the two is the whole curriculum. When you want a second opinion on one, send it for a reply.
MONTH TWO
Primary setup only
Trade the primary setup and ignore H2 to H4. The counter-trend entries break discipline first and they are not where a foundation gets built.
MONTH 3+
The desk becomes your independent benchmark
By now you write the read yourself first. What changes is what the published entry is for: not a lesson anymore, but an independent second opinion — a daily check on where your own interpretation systematically differs, applied to a market that's different every session. That's the value that doesn't run out: new context each morning, and a growing record to compare your own reads against.
YEAR ONE
A full year of sessions to have written your own read against
Twelve months is enough sessions across enough regimes — trend days, balance days, every instrument here — to know whether your read is reliable or just lucky in one kind of market. The journal itself becomes a dated archive you can search back through, and the comparison between your own reads and the published ones becomes a record, not a feeling.
Use the instrument filter below to follow a single market rather than scrolling everything. Each entry opens with the tier read; the full H1–H4 breakdown sits behind Read full breakdown.
Write your tier read for tomorrow before the published one goes up, paste it below, and it comes back with notes on where the read diverged and why. No score, no grading — just the reasoning. Replies are individual and come when the desk is not in a session, so allow a day or two.
